SALON POLICY'S

Appointment & Booking Policy

• Pre-booked appointments are highly suggested to ensure your requested date and time are available and reserved for you. Walk-in appointments are welcome if the stylists scheduled that day have availability, but existing scheduled appointments will take priority.

• We require a card on file at the time of booking. Your card will only be charged in the case of a no-show or a last-minute cancellation. Our policy requests at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment when canceling or rescheduling to avoid a $40 cancellation fee. Our stylists prepare and curate their schedules based on your appointment time. We understand that unexpected emergencies happen and do our best to offer grace. However, if this becomes a recurring occurrence, it may result in the $40 cancellation fee being charged and may affect your ability to book with us in the future. In some cases, you may be required to pay 50% of the service cost in advance to rebook with our salon.


• No show & last minute cancellations on extension installation services require additional preparation and setup time. For most new installations, our stylists block off a large portion of their day, or sometimes their entire day, to accommodate your appointment.Therefore, if you no-show or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled extension installation appointment, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled installation or color & installation total.

15 Minute Grace Period

• Our stylists prepare and curate their schedules based on your scheduled appointment times. We implement a 15-minute grace period from your scheduled appointment time. After 15 minutes, if the salon has not been directly contacted at our phone number to inform us that you will be late, you will be marked as a no-show and charged a $40 cancellation fee. We understand that unexpected emergencies happen and do our best to offer grace. However, if this becomes a recurring occurrence, it may result in the $40 cancellation fee being charged and may affect your ability to book with us in the future. In some cases, you may be required to pay 50% of the service cost in advance to rebook with our salon

• If you are running late for your scheduled appointment, please call the salon phone to inform us of your late arrival. If you call to notify us that you will be more than 15 minutes late, we will kindly remind you of our 15-minute grace period policy and check with the stylist to see if she can still accommodate you that day.

• Depending on the stylist’s schedule that day, arriving more than 15 minutes late may require you to forfeit your original appointment time, resulting in a $40 no-show fee. If your stylist is able to accommodate your late arrival, you may have to forfeit your included blow-dry and heat styling. Blow-dry and styling services are included in our service prices, and you will still be charged the full price for the appointment.

Accepted Payments & Tips

• Current forms of payment accepted are cash, and all debit & credit cards.

 

• Tips are greatly appreciated, but never expected. All stylists accept cash tips, Venmo & some accept Apple cash or Zelle. Tips cannot be added to card payments through our card reader to ensure your stylist receives their tips directly.

Redo's & Complaints

• We always encourage our clients to inform us of any concerns or questions about their service as soon as possible. It is the stylist’s responsibility to thoroughly consult with each client before and during the appointment. During the consultation, we discuss the process required to reach your desired goal and set realistic expectations of what can be accomplished in one session. Our stylists are trained to explain how your hair is processing throughout the service so adjustments to the end goal can be made if needed, based on how your hair responds to the product and lifting process.

• If there is an error or inconsistency with your service, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible by either reaching out to your stylist directly or calling the salon phone number. Please explain where you feel there may have been a miscommunication or what part of your hair service needs to be adjusted.We only offer a redo or complimentary adjustment if you contact us within one week of your original appointment. Any requests made after that time will be considered a new service and will be charged at full price.

• Our policy for handling complaints regarding any service is to offer one complimentary redo service with the stylist who performed your original appointment. This allows the stylist the opportunity to correct the issue and learn from the experience. We expect the redo appointment to be scheduled and completed with the utmost urgency. If you choose not to see your original stylist for the redo service, we require you to pay at least 50% of the new service cost to compensate the stylist for their time, while the salon will cover the cost of the product used.

•  We do not offer refunds for any services. Instead, we encourage our stylists to learn from the situation, correct the issue, and handle these circumstances with professionalism and understanding. Our goal is for you to love your hair and feel comfortable communicating with us about any concerns.

Guests & Children

• A limited number of guests accompanying you to your appointment can be accommodated in our front waiting room or processing area. We kindly ask that guests and children be kept to a minimum for their safety and for the relaxation of other clients. Our salon uses hot curling irons, chemicals, and sharp implements, so if you bring small children to your appointment, we ask that they remain under your supervision at all times. This helps ensure our stylists are able to work safely and efficiently in their space.

Extensions

• We are passionate about offering hair extension services and maintain accounts with multiple extension brands that fall within different price ranges to make them more accessible for our clients. We ask that all new and returning extension clients book an extension consultation first to ensure your installation or color and installation service goes smoothly. We pride ourselves on offering highly customizable extension services to perfectly match your hair goals. During your consultation, we will discuss your investment goals, desired color, length, and density, and create the perfect plan tailored specifically for you.

• If there is any hair left over from your initial installation, you will have the option to take the extra hair home or have us store it in the salon for future use. If you choose to take your extra hair home, it is your responsibility to store it safely if you intend to use it for future appointments, just as we would store it properly in the salon.

We pride ourselves on honest pricing and delivering quality work every time you step out of our salon. Our goal is for you to love your hair and leave our salon feeling beautiful, seen, and heard. Never hesitate to ask us or your stylist questions or for clarification.

Chemicals/Products Used

​• We ask that you inform your stylist of any previous color or chemical treatments that have been applied to your hair within the last five years. Whether the color is still visible or not, the chemicals can remain within the hair strands. Previous color or treatments may interfere with the way your new application takes or processes on your hair.It is extremely important that your stylist is fully informed to ensure the color application is performed safely and does not damage your hair. 

• Please inform your stylist of any allergies you may have so we can take extra care to ensure your appointment is safe and that the products used are suitable for you.
