Hi honey! I’m Rachel! I am an Effort local, Pleasant Valley Graduate and Metro Beauty Academy alumni! I have been behind the chair for over 5 years, focusing in customized blonding, melty color and hand tied weft extensions. I love meeting new clients, making friends with all of the girlys that sit in my chair and having a fun and uplifting experience for each guest. After coming back from maternity leave and having my baby girl Sadie, I was finally ready to take the jump into owning my own salon. My husband and I created this space side by side to fulfill this dream! Curating a salon space that I would love to have my hair done in and a salon I’m proud to work in being my top priority! I would describe myself as an artist, which overflows into every avenue of my life. I love interior design, painting, gardening, fashion and anything that allows me to create something beautiful. I love trying out new vibey restaurants, leaning into to any seasonal activity PA has to offer, supporting local and spending time with my husband and daughter on our family farm! If my phones on do not disturb I’m probably picking wildflowers in the meadow or swimming in the crick with my pups !

Hi, I’m Evy, I’ve been behind the chair for 8 years, and my true passion is color—I love creating looks that make my clients feel confident and radiant. Whether it’s a bold transformation or a subtle refresh, I specialize in bringing your hair dreams to life.
Outside of the salon, I’m an animal lover through and through. My home is happily full with two dogs, three cats, and even a little turtle! I married my high school sweetheart, and we’ve been sharing life (and lots of laughs) together for over 11 years.
I aim to make every appointment fun, relaxing, and all about you. I can’t wait to welcome you into my chair and help you fall in love with your hair! 💕

Hi! I’m Brooke, a stylist here at Meadow 53! I’ve been in the industry for about three years and graduated from cosmetology school two years ago. Ever since I was a kid, I knew I was meant to be a hairstylist—it’s truly my passion. I specialize in high-impact blonding, lived-in color, and extensions. For me, the most rewarding part of this career is helping people feel beautiful and confident. I also love that this industry allows me to truly be my authentic self! Everyone here at Meadow 53 is incredible, and the salon has such a unique, refreshing vibe! It really feels like a breath of fresh air. Outside the salon, you’ll usually find me skiing, skating, or enjoying nature. Skiing is my secondary passion! Outside of work you can find me working in the terrain park at Camelback and also at The Loft in Tannersville, selling skis. I hope to see your beautiful faces in my chair!

Stylist & Makeup Artist of three years. I became a hairstylist & makeup artist because I believe beauty is a deeply personal & magical experience & career. It’s an honor being a part of my clients moments & milestones, no matter how big or small.
Specializes in hair cutting, Dimensional & lived in color, handtied extensions, & event makeup/lessons.
I love being a hair & makeup artist because every day is different and every client brings their own energy. I get to be creative, connect with people, and help them feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. There’s nothing better than seeing someone light up when they look in the mirror & that’s what makes this work so special to me.
I believe Meadow53 is so unique because all of us are detail oriented, passionate & thoughtful. We believe the salon is a place clients can slow down, relax & feel listened to, creating an experience that is just as amazing as the hair!
Outside of the salon, you’ll usually find me back in NYC visiting home and soaking up creativity wherever I can find it. I love being behind the scenes on photoshoots, helping with hair and makeup or simply exploring. I’m drawn to all forms of art, from film, drawing & painting to photography and fashion. And on slower days, usually curling up on the couch with a good movie and my dogs 🩷

Hi, I’m Stephanie! I’ve been doing hair for 5½ years, and I truly love what I do-creating dreamy hair. Lover of lived-in color, good playlists, and making every appointment feel like self-care. For me, it’s not just about creating beautiful hair, but about helping people feel confident and completely themselves. I’m all about soft, lived-in styles that grow out beautifully and look effortless day to day. My approach is relaxed but detail-focused. I take my time to really listen, customize, and make sure every guest leaves feeling taken care of. I want each appointment to feel like a little escape, where you can unwind, chat, and leave feeling refreshed with hair you genuinely love!

Hi, I’m Amanda! I’ve been in the hair industry for about a year and a half, but my love for beauty started long before that. In high school, I was always the go-to girl for prom makeup, and in college, I found myself constantly coloring my sorority sisters’ hair. That’s when I realized—this is what I’m meant to do.
I specialize in blonding, brunettes, and dimensional color, and I’m passionate about helping people feel confident and beautiful. There’s nothing better than seeing someone light up when they see their hair—and knowing I had a part in that moment.
I aim to create a space that’s warm, welcoming, and uplifting—somewhere you can truly be yourself, relax, and walk out feeling your absolute best.
When I’m not behind the chair, I’m usually at the gym, spending time with my boyfriend, rewatching Gossip Girl, or scrolling TikTok to keep up with the latest trends (and maybe get a little too inspired sometimes!).

I have been behind the chair for a little over 2 years! I graduated from Metro Beauty Academy in 2023!
Growing up, I loved anything and everything girly, sparkly, and pink! From cutting my barbie dolls hair and giving them a color makeover with nail polish, I have always known I was meant for the beauty industry! After graduating high school in 2021, i attended college which only lasted one semester before I realized it wasn’t for me! My mom had suggested I tried going to Cosmetology school, and from my first day I fell in love & knew I was where I needed to be!
I specialize in blonding, lived in color, weft & tape in extensions! Doing hair is more than just highlights & haircuts, it’s making people feel like the best version of themselves and enhancing their natural beauty! Hair plays such a huge role in our identities!!
Growing up i always wanted to serve others & make people feel better about themselves , nothing is better than seeing the smile on clients faces & even sometimes happy tears once their hair is revealed at the end of the service!

Outside of the salon, I am a very family oriented person! I love to be with my family ! I live with my boyfriend of 5 years & we have a dog named Apollo! He definitely keeps us on our toes. I’m a huge summer gal, I absolutely love the warm weather and the beach! In the summer, going on a walk to start my morning is something I look forward to! On Sundays you will definitely find me at church! My relationship with God is the absolute most important part of my life!

I’ve been a hairstylist for just under two years, but my love for the beauty world started long before that. Some of my favorite memories are sitting in the salon with my dad while he got his haircut, completely in awe of the stylists around me. From that moment on, I knew this was what I wanted to do.
For me, hairstyling is about so much more than hair. It’s about making people feel confident, seen, and their most beautiful selves.
